Job Description
The Quality Assurance (QA) Coordinator will be part of the QA Committee, whose primary goal is to ensure the quality of services provided to the people we serve with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Somme essential functions of the QA Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Conducting regular internal audits of case to ensure documentation of services provided are accurate and within OPWDD and Medicaid regulations;
- Assist with recruiting, hiring and onboarding quality direct-care staff;
- Assist in maintaining personnel files and the files of the individuals served;
- Assist in participating in investigations of any Reportable and Serious Reportable Incidents as defined by Part 624, Justice Center and OPWDD guidelines, as requested;
- Provide plans for improvement to supervisors and programs in a timely manner
$25 per hour - salary negotiable.
