Bachelor's degree in a field related to the assigned area of responsibility; two years of experience in the area of assignment with emphasis on Quality Assurance/control; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Experience in human resources, hiring, and recruitment strongly preferred. Pre-employment drug testing, FBI criminal background check and education/degree verification required. Assists the Administrative Secretary with recruitment and HR efforts. Coordinates and monitors New Employee Orientation Training to include Medicaid Waiver curriculum, policies and procedures, Licensure and CARF. Responsible for ensuring and maintaining Quality Assurance in 24-hour residential community-based group homes. Ensures compliance with county, state and federal regulations. Ensures that Health and Safety drills are completed in a timely manner. Provides feedback to the Residential Management team. Monitors and tracks Stakeholder satisfaction and assist with KQI reporting. Other duties as assigned and outlined by Residential Services Supervisor/Senior Administrative Analyst that may arise in order to meet program needs. Perform other work as required.
