Role Description: We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist focused on client engagement review, you will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions and deliverables meet or exceed our organization's quality standards. Your primary goal will be to review engagements with clients, including communication, documentation, and project deliverables, to ensure accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly review client engagements, including project documentation, communication exchanges, and deliverables, to ensure compliance with established quality standards and client requirements.
- Evaluate live and recorded calls daily. Delivering feedback to multiple levels of our Finance Customer Contact Center team in accordance with our policy and procedures.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems and processes to drive results for a better customer experience for our valued clients.
- Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and resources to educate client-facing teams on Quality Assurance standards, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancement and quality improvement, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
- Review and analyze various types of project documentation and processed activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to established guidelines.
- Prepare detailed reports summarizing the findings of client engagement reviews, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement. Provide feedback to relevant stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Become an expert in understanding of Finance Customer Contact Center process and procedure.
- Basic understanding of company call model focused on enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- 3+ years of experience working in a high transaction environment with a focus in customer support functionality.
- Proven experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in a client-facing role.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills to identify discrepancies, errors, and potential risks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide feedback and reports to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A track record of commitment to prior employers.
