Job Title: Data Quality Specialist

Reports To: Quality Assurance Director
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
The Alcott Center for Mental Health Services, a nonprofit community mental health agency, is seeking an organized, motivated, and professional full-time Quality Assurance Assistant. The Quality Assurance (QA) Assistant is responsible for working with the QA Director to ensure internal and external quality and compliance activities for all programs at the Alcott Center for Mental Health Services. This position helps to ensure quality standards and integrity of services are maintained in all programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Creates customized reports to support program needs.
- Supports with any technical and reporting needs for programs.
- Conducts internal audits to identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Monitors database maintenance, maintaining accurate client records while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
- Develops and monitors data quality metrics.
- Identifies and makes recommendations regarding opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborates with the Development department to identify populations served and other metrics as needed for grants and fundraising opportunities.
- Coordinates consumer satisfaction survey development, preparation, and analysis.
- Performs additional performance improvement or special projects as directed by Quality Assurance Director.
Language Skills:
- Ability to effectively present information to others, both verbally and in writing.
Computer Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel. Skilled in data analysis and interpretation.
Education and/or Experience:
- BA preferred.
Other Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to analyze and manage data for various electronic systems while maintaining integrity and accuracy of data (i.e., EXYM, EHR, etc.)
- Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects.
- Ability to work cooperatively and effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team and independently assume responsibility.
- Strong initiative, enthusiasm, and willingness to contribute where needed.

This is a full-time 40-hour workweek Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
