Quality Assurance

We are an aerospace & defense company supporting the maintenance of helicopters & aircrafts!! Our company location is in Northwest Houston/ Willow brook Area (Zip code: 77066). We are seeking a self-motivated person to join our team!!!

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm.

Salary: $20.00/hr - $25.00/hr

Job Description:

• Receiving, and final inspections.
• Dimensional verification. Be able to utilize precision measuring instruments.
• Verify traceability/documentation
• Review and read prints.
• Assist in managing the ISO 9001:2015 and the AS9120 Quality Management System and be present in Quality audits.
• Be present in customer inspections, and quality audits.
• May perform other quality related duties to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Position Requirements:

• Experience in Quality Assurance principles and practices
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Proven ability to grasp self-made opportunities for professional growth
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and commitment to see duties through to a desired completion
• Eagerness to learn
• Strong communication and written skills
• Proficient in English
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with Pentagon 2000 is a plus
• Aerospace/ Defense work experience is a plus
• Engineering background is a plus
