Quality Analyst

As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for the quality and performance of our TrakSYS software by thoroughly testing and validating the solutions we implement for our clients. You will be a key member of the implementation team. Quality Analysts are required to develop a good understanding of the TrakSYS platform and its capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Test Case Creation
1. Review project documents and collaborate with implementation team to understand project requirements and functional design specifications.
2. Identify functional and non-functional test requirements from specifications, map test case requirements, and design test coverage plan.
3. Create comprehensive and well-documented test scripts, and other test artifacts such as test data.
Test Case Execution
1. Execute test case following a structured process to validate implementation of functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Document the results of test case execution, including any defects or issues identified during testing.
3. Isolate and replicate defects and verify defect fixes.
Quality Assurance Documentation
1. Maintain organized records of test cases, test results, and quality assurance documentation.
2. Provide clear and concise weekly reports on the quality and stability of the implementation. Highlight any areas that require attention.
Who You Are
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. 1+ years of experience in professional services, project management, and MES software implementation.
3. Familiarity with Azure DevOps Testing Tools or equivalent platform.
4. Basic familiarity with the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Client and Server Operating System, .NET Programming, SQL Server
