Quality Analyst

Quality Analyst, Req. 2127
Reporting directly to the VP of Quality, the Quality Analyst will provide technical support and assist in the areas of data management, statistical analysis, data collection, and reporting.
Essential Functions:
* Performs a variety of technical and administrative activities related to the establishment of quality standards, processes and measures.
* Works with quality control and training personnel to identify training opportunities, promote continuous quality improvement, and develop appropriate procedures.
* Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in preparation for generation of statistical and analytical reports.
* Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of databases and may assist in development and implementation of measurement systems.
Position Qualifications:
Education:
o Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science, Information Systems or elated field required
Other Experience:
o Minimum of one year experience directly related to job functions is preferred
