Job Summary: This position will be on-site at our La Crosse, WI facility. We are looking for an individual who will be the administrator of an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) along with developing and maintaining data reporting and or data dashboards to meet business needs.

- Technical Experience - comfortable around large data sets and using Alteryx, Tableau, SQL programming to create functional dashboards or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- QMS
- Serve as the site administrator of the EtQ QMS for NCM, Deviation and CAR processes.
- Support training for quality systems processes as needed.
- Assist with performing internal audits, reviews of controlled documents, etc. as required.
- Coordinate Management review and collect necessary information to ensure QMS is achieving planned results.
- Controller of ISO operating procedures and forms.
- Learn business processes, standards, and expectations of quality at the source (QaS).
- Support plant users with system and process issues/questions.
- Controls records and other documentation to ensure most up-to-date information is available to all stakeholders and are filed correctly.
- Maintains code compliance databases in Microsoft Access.
- Support run the business activities through MDI participation and team support.
- Support to coordinate compliance and regulatory audits from ISO, ASME and PED etc.
Data Analysis
- Create reports, summaries, and other data needs using Alteryx, WinSPC, Excel and other software solutions as needed.
- Create user guide documentation and update existing process documentation.
- Develop dashboards to enable self-service analysis within Tableau.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Prior experience with QMS systems, ISO and audits is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in a hands-on data visualization role.
- Knowledge of Tableau and Tableau Server. Certifications preferred.
- Knowledge of Alteryx, and Alteryx workflows to support data set development preferred.
- Participant in Tableau or analytics community.
- Prior experience with Oracle, Windchill PLM, Apriso MES system etc. is a plus.
- Must be able to work well and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience with manufacturing and plant operations is a plus.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to work in a team environment required.
Base Pay Range: $65,000 - $105,000 annually
