We are looking for a Quality Administrator! Pay: $17-$20hr

SUMMARY:

Support various departments in the following areas: Review and manage data Quality Administration Duties that support production. Perform supplier surveys in conjunction with purchasing. Review and perform tasks related to the AMRO training program. Review, record and maintain the quality records within quality administration. Review and maintain safety and environmental records. The QA Admin shall contribute to product conformity as apart to their daily job function and shall contribute to product safety. The QA admin shall also be aware of ethical behavior and conduct themselves accordingly to AMRO policies and procedures.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support production with the review process of configuration management with the review of old revisions to new.
• Participate in new hire orientation with safety orientation.
• Interact and support safety PPE re-order and supplies of PPE.
• Review and understand customer quality requirements and AMRO quality requirements to new hires and participate in quality orientation.
• Support production with the review and maintenance of supplier rating process within Epicor and AS ASL.
• Work directly with the AMRO Quality Director daily and provide support as needed.
• Support AMRO training activities with records and matrix control for all departments.
• Support AMRO MRT actives with records and matrix control, creating monthly charts and data.
• Support AMRO purchasing activities with records and ASL control with supplier management of new suppliers and renewal of existing.
• Be a good team player both within the quality department and jointly with production. Able to support the needs of the entire QMS.
• To use the procedures and tools within the AS 9100 QMS to the intent of the standard and to the intent of AMRO fabricating.
• Support and maintain all environmental logs of waste manifests, stormwater and regulatory and statutory regulations.
• Oversee and control stamp distribution and conduct bi annual audits.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• Five (5) + years’ experience in inspection using quality techniques.
• Two (2) + Years College or related technical training.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Must be detail oriented, extremely organized, must possess excellent communication skills, and be able to interact well with all levels of Management.
• Must possess excellent computer skills, including working knowledge of word, spreadsheets and databases.
• Act as a leader within the quality department exemplifying good work ethic and morals that are within the AMRO company expectations and culture.
• Must have direct communication with internal customers.
• Must be trained of applicable changes & customer requirements.
• Must know the QMS basic system of reporting, record keeping and follow instructions.
