Fenix Parts is a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) automotive products in the United States. The Fenix companies have been in business an average of more than 25 years and currently operate from 29 locations throughout the U.S. Our primary business is auto recycling, which is the recovery and resale of OEM parts, components and systems.
Job Snapshot:
- Responsible for productivity and quality control throughout the facility.
- Monitor and maintain company targets and standards for performance and growth.
- Manage production staff to meet our company goals in productivity.
- Direct production staff to meet and exceed our completion goals.
- Holds team accountable for providing the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Manages and develop employees for future growth within our organization.
- Measures quality standards by performing in-process and final quality checks.
- Nurtures positive team spirit for strong relationships.
- Excels in a fast paced, competitive work environment while ensuring positive employee morale.
- Creating and instilling a sense of urgency with the team to exceed goals.
- Ensure that the shop is maintained, clean and organized.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including makes, models, and compatibility.
- Proficiency in using computerized inventory systems.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy objects when necessary.
