We're seeking to exoand our QA and QC department within AP Packaging to assist in developing processes and procedures within our organization.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Analyze data and trends to identify potential issues and develop strategies for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
- Provide guidance and training to employees on quality assurance processes and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality control measures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HACCP and FSC guidelines
- Manage customer complaints and implement appropriate corrective actions

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Food Science)
- Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control roles
- Strong knowledge of quality systems, QA/QC principles, and industry best practices
- Experience with fabricating or manufacturing processes is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision
