- Assist in maintaining QA Direction and Tasking coming from the Government Lead.
- Assist in Outreach (lead by TSA Lead) to other areas of TSA for QA Data Reporting.
- Ability to analyze a process and understand the data collected from it.
- Maintain QA SOPs update routinely.
- Responsible for the Analysis of QA Data in the Monthly Reports based on the Data Pull accomplished by the Team.
- Experience within Excel (Pivot Tables, Charts and Graphs, Formulas and Macros).
- Responsible for Status Reporting - Monthly PMR, Mid-Month Report, Weekly Status Recap, Daily Team Tasks.
- Perform Data Quality analysis of deliverables and documents.
- Review cases and provide feedback to the Team.
Requirements:
- Active Secret Security Clearance (Must be able to obtain)
- Previous DHS or TSA experience (active DHS highly desired)
- DHSTSA Suitability desired but must be quickly clearable.
- Must have 5+ years demonstrated knowledge and experience in Quality Management and Process Improvement
- Strong MS Product skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent analytical skills - must be able to analyze Excel data or a chart/graph and form evaluative statements for presentation to TSA Senior Management
- Bachelors Degree (Required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
