The QA Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing manual tests for our suite of products. This is a hand-on, cross functional and detail-oriented career opportunity.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The QA Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing manual tests for our suite of products. This is a hand-on, cross functional and detail-oriented career opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write test cases based on product requirements
- Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
- Review and analyze acceptance criteria to confirm completion
- Support release process and perform regression, smoke and functional testing
- Analyze issues, take part in investigation and root cause analysis
- Create and maintain test and process documentation
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- A minimum of two years of experience in a QA role - eCommerce experience preferred
- A minimum of two years of experience testing website and mobile applications
- Experience working with Jira, Testrail, Shopify, Netsuite (OR THER ERP|CRM SOLUTIONS), and other QA tools and methodologies
- Experience working with Oracle Netsuite, database validation and OMS is preferred
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Highly analytical way of thinking, strong numerical|retail math skills
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
- BA|BS degree in a technology discipline strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- English, additional language(s) an advantage.
