ROLE OVERVIEW
The QA Analyst will be responsible for designing and executing manual tests for our suite of products. This is a hand-on, cross functional and detail-oriented career opportunity.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Write test cases based on product requirements
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Review and analyze acceptance criteria to confirm completion
• Support release process and perform regression, smoke and functional testing
• Analyze issues, take part in investigation and root cause analysis
• Create and maintain test and process documentation

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

• A minimum of two years of experience in a QA role - eCommerce experience preferred
• A minimum of two years of experience testing website and mobile applications
• Experience working with Jira, Testrail, Shopify, Netsuite (OR THER ERP|CRM SOLUTIONS), and other QA tools and methodologies
• Experience working with Oracle Netsuite, database validation and OMS is preferred
• Proficiency in Google Suite
• Highly analytical way of thinking, strong numerical|retail math skills
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• BA|BS degree in a technology discipline strongly preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• English, additional language(s) an advantage.
• Schedule of this position: Monday - Friday | Core business hours | Onsite
