Position: Python SDET
Location: Reston, VA (Remote)
Duration: Contract (Only W2)
Job Description:
Skills: Python, PyTest, Gitlab, AWS, strong SQL, CI/CD, AWS Redshift, AWS S3, Agile - preferably while working in a financial firm
- SDET – Python, PyTest, any BDD test framework including PyUnit
- SW testing, front and back end – automation skills, Python programming, AWS Services programming, strong SQL, lots of data interaction
- Financial is beneficial – 6 – 7 years (mid) – junior need too much training – need to augment team with person who can help train others
- CI/CD Automation required – Automated performance and automated deployment – CI/CD
- Has seen candidates with manual testing then moved into Test Automation – that’s ideal match
- JIRA for tracking work and interacting team
- AWS – Redshift, Lambda, CloudWatch, Batch and Batch File Docker
- Cucumber and Selenium used for Automation- Batch Test Automation
