We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Python & Front-end Developer with a strong background in Python programming, data analysis, and project management. As a Python Developer, you will play a critical role in leveraging your expertise to drive insights, support decision-making, ensure data quality and governance, and effectively manage projects within our organization's data-driven environment. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks. Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Python programming language and relevant libraries to develop robust data analysis solutions.
  • Develop interactive and visually appealing data visualizations using tools such as Tableau and REACT.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand their requirements, and effectively communicate analysis findings.
  • Demonstrate excellent writing skills to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Take ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to project management best practices, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Work independently, demonstrating expertise in handling complex data analysis tasks and making informed decisions.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in Python programming, AI techniques, and data management practices, and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing data management practices, including data cleansing, transformation, and data governance.
  • Ensure data quality and governance through rigorous data validation, profiling, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming language, including expertise in relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Ticket Tracking Systems for data report request management and maintenance.
  • Experience in developing interactive data visualizations using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to effectively gather requirements and communicate analysis findings.
  • Excellent writing skills to produce clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex data analysis projects, applying project management methodologies, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Continuous learning mindset, staying updated with the latest advancements in Python programming, data analysis techniques, and data management practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions based on data insights.
  • Experience in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and quality through data management practices.
  • Familiarity with data validation, profiling, and documentation techniques.
  • Experience with ChatGPT is highly desired
