Responsibilities:

• Purchase materials, supplies, and equipment for production

• Assist with price negotiation, delivery schedules, and other terms and conditions with suppliers

• Maintain accurate records of all purchases and related activities

• Ensure that all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures

• Work closely with production and other departments to ensure that all materials are delivered on time and meet our standards

• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

• Participate in additional projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in purchasing

• Experience with ERP system required

• Strong communication skills

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
