This position involves managing and coordinating global procurement activities to ensure efficiency and competitiveness in the acquisition of goods and services.

About the Role:
The selected candidate will be responsible for negotiating with national and international suppliers, managing an international team, evaluating offers, and implementing global procurement strategies. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a professional with experience in international procurement and negotiation and a passion for efficient resource management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with national and international suppliers.
- Negotiate procurement contracts based on company requirements.
- Evaluate and compare supplier offers and proposals.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to understand their procurement needs and ensure the efficient delivery of supplies.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs and optimize procurement spending without compromising the quality of acquired products or services.
- Maintain continuous awareness of the international market, trends, and competitors.
- Manage an international team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or a related field.
- +5 years of demonstrable experience in a procurement role; experience in the Hospitality sector is a must.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Analytical, structured, and detail-oriented.
