Purchasing Assistant (part-time)

Job Description:

· Maintains an accessible and organized filing system for sales and administrative professionals.

· Performs basic data entry duties.

· Supports management with limited tasks as needed.

Job Tasks:

· Creates Purchase Orders

· Shipping

· Contacts vendors and customers as needed

Qualifications:

· High School or higher

· Valid ID

· Japanese language familiarity (beginner level or higher)

Hours: 25-29 hours per week (Flexible)

Benefits:

Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
