Hello,
My name is Alex and I represent The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Purchasing Assistantposition for a prominent Tech client of ours.
*The manager prefers candidates in Seattle, WA but is open to fully remote
10+ month assignment to start (potential to extend/convert)
Pay Rate: $30.00 per hour W2
M-F, 40 hours per week PST
o Daily production support of vendor master data, invoice mismatches, and internal business partner collaboration
o Refine P2P (procure to pay) process documentation as required
o Ad-hoc process efficiency project support (execution, implementation, communication)
o Manage system enhancement requests to determine feasibility, extent of changes, resource requirements and project time estimates
Qualifications/preferred skills:
o Minimum 2 years of work experience
o Bachelor's degree OR equivalent experience
o Google Sheets, Google Docs
o Nice to have: large corporate exp. or tech industry
