Requirements
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Understands the operating principles of various pump applications and technologies
- Performs thorough evaluation of pump repair, identifying replacement parts and recommending actions
- Follows manufacturer schematics and work instructions/procedures
- Generates detailed evaluation and repair reports to document as-found and as-left conditions
- Performs repairs in a shop and field environment
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has five years of experience repairing and maintaining various pump types
- Is proficient using tools and equipment commonly used in pump assembly and repair
- Can take precise measurements with calipers, micrometers, feeler gauges, etc.
- Possesses strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with pump systems
- Has the ability to work with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Is able to work both in the shop and field
- Can travel with overnight stays when required
- Has a valid driver's license
