General Duties & Basic Qualifications listed below; additional details included with interviews:
*Required to pass an aptitude test during interview process
*Required to pass all gas qualification testing
*Must be able to work outside, year-round
*Read Gas and Water Meters
*Repair water breaks
*Change Gas & Water meters
*Be on call on rotating evening/weekends, once qualified
*Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
*Must pass drug test and will be subject to ongoing, random drug testing
*Wages determined by qualifications and board decision
*Village maintenance to streets, alleys, park and storm sewers
*Prefer working knowledge of equipment ie: backhoe, dump truck
