Job Description
The Public Relations Coordinator (Temp) will support the US local PR & Events team in the execution of key PR strategy efforts across all three categories: skincare, fragrance, grooming, and makeup.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, is able to successfully multitask, has a positive, solution-driven attitude, and is organized and detail-oriented. Every day on the PR team is different, but tasks will include:
- Directly support the PR & Events team with daily tasks, ongoing projects, and team administrative matters related to US press relations, image event production, and brand expert ambassadors.
- Partner closely with Digital PR Coordinator and Entertainment Relations Manager on shared team tasks, including;
- Assist PR team in organization and inventory of PR closet and warehouse stock
- Assist PR team with managing event / product launch timelines, mailer lists, and execution of editorial and makeup artist mailers for ongoing product launches across makeup, skincare, grooming and fragrance
- Inventory management of press kits and collection samples, and of general PR closet supply inventory (shopping bags, tissue paper, boxes, etc.) Press monitoring, reporting, and recapping including;
- Assist PR team with press clipping and weekly press reporting for Central PR Office & Top NY Local Management
- PR & Events Manager with monthly DMR print & web checks
- Media list management and updates
- Work with cross-functional team members to compile & send the Morning Update daily
- Digital content & Tribe dashboard management
- PR sample closet support & inventory management;
- Manage daily send outs to press and expert ambassadors (via messenger, UPS, and WorldNet)
- Manage general office supply orders and drafting product closet order forms
- Local and Global event project administration and management from start to finish
- Budget management support for PR & Events team including new vendor setup, and ongoing budget tracking / updates
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience (internship, part time, full time) in similar PR or marketing roles
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and has strong organizational, professional, and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving, positive attitude is a must
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
- A strong interest in beauty and fashion as well as current events
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams & Adobe Acrobat PDF Editor

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $25-30/hr.
