Public Adjuster Representative: Is a person or entity that has the authority to intervene on behalf of homeowners when dealing with their insurance. This position canvass neighborhoods to make sure homeowners and their property are taken care of.

This IS NOT door to door sales. We are licensed by the state of Arizona to help homeowners become aware of and file necessary insurance claims. Your pay DOES NOT depend on final approvals.

Job Description:

NERD Restoration is seeking several Public Adjuster Representative to join our team. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We have a robust training platform to get you started

As a Public Adjuster Representative you will canvass to set appointments for our insurance claims advisors. We meet with homeowners to help them determine if their home is a fit or in need for service and simply schedule an appointment.

Responsibilities:

• Qualifying homes and homeowners for our roofing inspection
• Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through all interactions
• Setting appointments for energy advisors
• Initiating a genuine conversation
• Making a future friend, and customer

Compensation:

• Commissions paid weekly

So, we could post our highest earners and call it 'Average', but we believe we should start off on the right foot and set a realistic expectation... Our average earners should expect: $35,000 to $75,000++ a year. Imagine what that means for the non-average person :)
