Full Time Professional Housekeeper

Saltwater Grande is seeking professional cleaners for high-end vacation rental properties. Cleaners must be experienced with turns in vacation rental condos and homes. Properties vary in size from studio to 4-bedroom houses and condos. Saltwater Grande pays double to triple what others in the area pay for cleaning, and we expect a lot in return. We have higher standards, and we are very detail-oriented. Cleaners are trained appropriately in order to meet our standards. Saltwater Grande does not require guests to book Saturday – Saturday reservations, therefore cleaning is typically spread throughout the week, and multiple turns can occur on any day of the week.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Providing basic housekeeping duties, including changing bed linens and towels, restocking supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, dish detergents, etc., cleaning and disinfecting kitchen and bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Laundering blankets, comforters, and bedspreads when necessary.
• Packing linen bags for each clean.
• Unpacking linen carts in the linen warehouse.

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Reliable transportation to and from properties, linen facility, and Saltwater Grande office.
• Reliable smartphone capable of running property care app.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Vacations Departure Cleaning:

• 1 bed/1 bath: $90.00
• 2 bed/2 bath: $115.00
• 3 bed/2 bath: $125.00
• 3 bed/3 bath: $130.00
• 4 bed/4 bath: $145.00

Vacations Deep Cleaning/Setup Cleaning:

• 1 bed/1 bath: $180.00
• 2 bed/2 bath: $230.00
• 3 bed/2 bath: $250.00
• 3 bed/3 bath: $260.00
• 4 bed/4 bath: $290.00

Vacations Touchup Cleaning:

• 1 bed/1 bath: $36.00
• 2 bed/2 bath: $46.00
• 3 bed/2 bath: $50.00
• 3 bed/3 bath: $52.00
• 4 bed/4 bath: $58.00

Other:

• Move-Out Clean: $0.06/sq ft
• Construction Clean: $0.16/sq ft
