To provide Customer Service for the Transportation Dept.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Answer questions regarding Routes, Transportation issues
- Provides assistance to the Transportastion Director regarding student transportation issues, schedules, and barriers.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:None
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- 2-3 years experience as a receptionist
- Experience with multiple phone lines
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This job requires that the employee be able to: sit, stand, walk, speak, hear, use hands, fingers, and reach with hands and fingers; bend, stoop, lift objects of at least ten pounds; visual ability requires mono and color vision. To lift a minimum of 10 pounds and be able to travel to various sites in the Kansas City are metropolitan area to assist with student orientations and events. This job requires evening and Saturday work hours during peak times.
