P/T Bookkeeper

We are a construction company in Ruskin, FL. The owner is not the Qualifier (the person responsible for construction).

Per State of Florida Law, if the Qualifier is not an owner of the construction company but is simply an employee or independent contractor used only for the construction activities, then the Construction Company will designate a financially responsible officer.

We are looking for someone to be the financially responsible officer (FRO) who reviews the financial documents every month and registers with the state of Florida. The state will perform a background check. The company will cover the person with a surety bond per the state law. We use QuickBooks. We can offer up to $400/ month for someone who will be the FRO and review the books every month.
