We have a brilliant opportunity for a Part time (18 hours fully flexible) Administrator to join a small but established and very well known team based in Inverness (longman)
The successful candidate will have admin skills and some experience within an admin role, undertaking general office administration duties including dealing with telephone calls, filing, and data in-putting. Producing Production Job Cards and Customer Invoices, dealing with Carriers, Suppliers occasionally customers face to face. Further duties include creating and maintaining price lists, gaining feedback on outstanding quotes and maintaining records.
This role has career progression and the ability to accommodate full time hours
Experience of Microsoft Applications (Excel and Word) and a working knowledge of the Sage Line 50 accounting package is useful.
Good numeracy skills.
A keen eye for detail
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills and prioritising the workload is essential.
