Summary: This position is accountable for coordinating projects effectively as assigned by the manager. This position will apply structure to ensure successful implementation of projects for clients, across all IT and possibly for additional departments through proper planning, budgeting, use of technology, resource allocations and guidance of department level managers and staff. The Project Coordinator provides direction and manages the development and implementation of assigned projects. Quality assurance is a major focus.

The Project Coordinator provides direction and manages the development and implementation of assigned projects. Quality assurance is a major focus.
PROJECT COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinates the design and proper scoping of the assigned projects with the implementation team involving Nuvodia and all client companies.
- Develops proper implementation plans, project timelines, and tracking systems for each project.
- Provides and ensures proper communication between all parties involved in the project; interacts with users to identify project requirements and resolve problems.
- Ensures that the project is proceeding according to established timelines, budgetary constraints, meeting expectations, and adherence to the project scope. Negotiates change orders when appropriate.
- Develops with the direction of the Director of Client Solutions and the General Manager, and assists with leading the transition of the project from the implementation to the support phase.
- Develops, implements and ensures budgeting and budget adherence during the implementation of the project.
- Ensures the goals, objectives and over-all satisfaction of the client is met or exceeded for each project implementation.
- Assists department with resource management responsibilities.
- Purchasing duties
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Rotates to other shifts and locations as needed
- Follows all Health and Safety policies and guidelines of Inland Imaging and its partners depending on work location

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience:
- Minimum of two years of IT experience is required
- Minimum of 1 year of project or other operations or organizationally related functions
- Excellent organization, communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, problem solving and sound decision making skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and evaluate associated data
- Detail oriented, ability to multi task, prioritize projects depending on the demand
- Certifications: Appropriate project management certifications (i.e. CAPM), or equivalent experience desired
- Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired: Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio); Internet, Intranet
- Drug Test: Eligible employees must be able to pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test which includes marijuana.
