About TriWellness
TriWellness is a small group practice centrally located in Chicago. Our clinicians come from many different backgrounds and unite in our mission: to help our community on their journey to wellness through the empowerment of mind, body, and soul. We specialize in general mental health, chronic illness, and trauma. We serve children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various cultural backgrounds. We provide sessions in English, Hindi, French, and Spanish, and would like to expand on these and other languages so that our clients can communicate in the language that they are most the most comfortable. We further our mission to help our community with the use of various holistic and evidence-based clinical practices and collaborations with local schools, hospitals, and clinics. In our mission of holistic care we provide services apart from traditional talk therapy, such as Biofeedback, Neurofeedback, and coming soon services Animal-Assisted Therapy. The clinic also accepts major private insurances, Medicaid, Medicare, private pay, and sliding fee scales to support our clients in the journey to health and wellness.
About the position
The position starts out part-time and can build up to full-time. Sessions are conducted in a hybrid model, clinicians can see clients in person or remotely utilizing our HIPAA-compliant video conferencing and EHR system. Clinician will be given a few clients at the start up.
Must have the following:
- Graduate degree from an accredited program in Counseling/Social Work or can provide proof of education that abides by the vigor of accredited programs
- Comprehensive knowledge about: mental health, diagnosing utilizing the DSM V/ DSM V-TR and the ICD-10, effective and evidence-based therapeutic modalities
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP) in Illinois
- Can effectively provide therapeutic strategies with children, adolescents, adults, families and/or couples
- Ability to work independently utilizing appropriate clinical judgement and awareness of when to seek consultation
- Maintain composure and manage any crises that may arise
- Complete documentation and other case management duties in a timely manner
- Ability to work evenings or weekend hours
- Maintain a consistent caseload with an 80% retention rate
- Team spirited, strong work ethic, and abides by the code of ethics
- Uphold the motto and professionalism represented by the clinic
