LPC, Pre-LPC Psychotherapist

Third Eye Therapy Chicago (TETC) is a holistic psychotherapy practice. We are a collective of healers that believe in congruency between mind, body, and spirit.

We are looking to hire full time psychotherapists (LPC, Pre-LPC) to help us keep growing. Our healers are extremely valuable to us and their success is one of our greatest priorities. TETC provides beautifully furnished offices, group space, billing, marketing, administration and supplies. If you like working from a holistic approach; incorporating alternative approaches with talk therapy such as mindfulness tools, alternative healing, and energy work, TETC is your ideal practice.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients' treatment
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities
• Assess clients' mental condition based on review of client information, assessments, observation, tests, and collaboration with other staff members
• Serve as a client advocate to coordinate required services or to resolve emergency problems in crisis situations
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Maintain clinical notes and proper documentation

Qualifications:

• 1+ years experience with providing diagnostic assessment and therapy services to a full range of individuals from youth through adulthood
• Valid license LPC or Pre-LPC
• Maintain professional licensure and/or certification throughout employment with this agency
• Ability to work as a team member and cooperatively
• Must be able to work flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends on occasion
• Superb organizational skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to integrate alternative healing with psychotherapy
• Ability to work remotely and/or in office. Hybrid options available.

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
