Direct Care Worker
Job Summary: Direct Care Worker (DCW) is responsible for implementing goals established in the clients IRP, assessing client's needs and capabilities, providing supported living services, supportive counseling, skills enhancement, medication monitoring and crisis intervention to facilitate progress towards rehabilitation plan goals and integration into community life. Establishes mental and medical health linkages and utilizes available resources in the community. The DCW meets clients in their homes, in the community or in the office.
Minimum Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required. Two years or more of experience working with children/adolescents or adults in the capacity of mental health, familiarity with MS Office software, professional decorum, and polished communication skills'
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
