We are seeking a Proven Expert SalesConsultant with Customer Relationship Management for Fine Jewelry Retail Sales

Sachs Jewelers is searching for an energetic, motivated and creative sales expert with CRM experience to become an integral part of our team at our store in Shrewsbury, MA. Providing an opportunity to grow within our organization. You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue. We are looking for a highly motivated hard working, driven self starter with proven retail sales skills. A sales professional with knowledge of fine jewelry is preferred but not necessary. A willingness to learn the many features of jewelry, gemstones and timepieces. While learning the the multifaceted world of retail jewelry production and sales. You must have methodical clerical skills to move through the processes of selling, and creating orders. Ability to develop & maintain Customer Relationships.

The ability to multi task, work well with others in a fast paced detail oriented environment is a must. Engage clientele in conversations, understand and fulfill their needs and objections, while presenting fine jewelry, and deliver exceptional customer experiences and create continuous relations.

A Sales Consultant must drive volume, and partner with co-associates to meet and exceed sales goals.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - 25.00 per hour, plus commissions

Responsibilities:

• Drive Sales by utilizing Customer Relationship Management skills
• Welcome and identify customer needs
• Explain products and services to customers
• Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
• Enter and process customer orders
• Investigate and resolve customer objections
