Responsibilities:
- RFP completion:
- Collaborate with business development team to complete RFI/RFP Go/No-go process for potential opportunities.
- Review RFI and RFP requirements to identify key submittal and technical requirements.
- Communicate across internal and external teams to develop responses to RFIs and RFPs to ensure all submittal requirements are met.
- Identify internal resources needed to develop the proposal, track the progress of the proposal development, and ensure everything is complete prior to the submission deadline.
- Coordinate legal review of contracts and forms, obtain required certificates of insurance, and ensure all required business permits and/or licenses are in place.
- Track amendments that are issued, and ensure that internal team members are aware of any important changes to the requirements of the proposal.
- Proofread, format and submit all RFI and RFP responses. This may include uploading the proposal to an online portal and/or mailing in hard copies.
- RFP process improvement
- Obtain feedback for unsuccessful RFPs and grants.
- Consistently update and iterate standard proposal templates for improvements.

Total compensation: $68,000-$90,000 inclusive of base salary and other incentives such as annual bonus. Actual offer will be based on a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, and experience.
