Overview:
The Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Bids and Proposal Team with the coordinating and completion of all proposals submitted to prospects on behalf of PowerSchool. This includes the tracking of all proposals, form completion, notary services, and reporting. The Proposal Coordinator will be based in Folsom to have direct access to company signatories.
Responsibilities:
The Proposal Coordinator will be a critical member of the Bids and Proposals Team. Responsibilities include
- Complete all forms associated with each proposal. These forms are different per RFP and can include forms such as Edgar Certifications, Conflict of Interest forms, Tax Forms, and Certificate of Insurance forms; Requires knowing how to fill out the form and working with legal and finance to ensure compliancy.
- Gets forms signed manually, when required, and through DocuSign.
- Industry Certification Tracking: Researching each proposal and tracking any industry certifications being requested in the RFP. The Product Team uses this to aid in their development prioritization.
- Bid Intake:This includes setting up the Proposal project in SharePoint so Proposal Managers can begin their projects, creating the initiation emails to kick-off the RFP, and tracking the RFP on our tracking forms.
Qualifications:
The following skills will be required of the Proposal Coordinator:
- Bachelor's Degree, Communications, English, Liberal Studies preferred
- Ability to manage deadlines
- Basic/Advanced skills - Microsoft Suite
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Salesforce a plus
- Knowlege of SharePoint a plus

A reasonable estimate of the base compensation range for this position is $44,659 – $47,010. The compensation range is specific to the United States and incorporates many factors including but not limited to an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience and training; licensures, degrees, and certifications; internal equity; internal pay ranges; and market data/range parameters.
