Description
Bradford Companies, corporate office to MMC Properties, Next Generation Wireless, Jiva SalonSpa, and Wheels Powersports is seeking a skilled and motivated Property Manager to join our family oriented and award-winning organization.
This individual will be responsible for commercial and residential property maintenance and projects for properties. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, this position, based in Cedar Falls, IA, will require some travel.
Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all maintenance issues or questions for commercial properties and retail stores.
• Respond to tenant needs - both commercial and residential properties. This includes being available 24 hours for calls from tenants as the need arises.
• Responsible for showing residential properties.
• Be the lead point of contact and coordinate any construction projects.
• Responsible for snow and lawncare at certain properties.
• Responsible for light construction, handyman work, and light painting.
• Leading all retail store remodels.
• Take care of the needs for any property as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Must have an understanding of project and property management and working with contractors in accepting and reviewing bids.
• Must have the skills and physical ability to evaluate and take care of light construction, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, painting and landscaping.
• Must be flexible with their schedule as needs arise.
• Valid driver's license required.
