Property Services- General Laborer

Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a part-time/as-needed General Laborer. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to property maintenance and upkeep. Tasks include but are not necessarily limited to junk/debris removal, demolition, landscape maintenance and renovation, snow removal, pressure washing, and other various services as necessary or requested by our customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent physical stamina and be willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and repairing various property fixtures.
• Assist with landscaping duties including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and planting flowers.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure the safety and functionality of all property systems and equipment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of events held onsite.
• Help with the loading and unloading of equipment and materials.
• Support the maintenance team by actively participating in the organization and inventory of supplies.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable form of transportation. (Shop is in Big Bend)
• Previous experience with manual labor or property maintenance/services preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Competency in operating a variety of hand and power tools.
• Basic knowledge of home construction.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
