Property Project Manager

I am HIRING for a TEMP (possibly longer term) property/Project Manager to oversee a driveway install. YOU ARE NOT installing the driveway, you're only managing it.
As the Project Manager, your job would be to:

1- Do research to find vendors who can install the driveway, check their website and reviews, call them to make an appointment to view the property, make a list of these vendors to email to me. Approx 4-6 hours total
(work from home).

2- Pick a date (that works best with your schedule) to meet the vendors to show them the property and get their bids/rates. Make a list of their bids and email it to me. Approx 2-4 hours total
(on the property)

3- After I've selected the vendor, I will pick a date for construction that works with everyone's schedule, and you will need to be there on site to supervise and make sure the work is getting done. Approx 4-7 hours total
(on the property).

That is it. That's the entire job... it's very simple.
There will be other projects over the next few months, so if this works out and both parties are interested, I will have more work for you. Otherwise, this can be a one time gig. If you've read this far, when asked if you have transportation in the application question, please include that "the sky is blue" along with your answer.
If you don't have availability to meet the vendors at the property (which is 1hr south of Chattanooga and 1hr north of Atlanta, in Summerville GA) or can't send me emails of the vendor lists, do not apply. No, you can not be the Project Manager and do the driveway install, these are two separate roles.
