We are seeking a skilled Property Operations Technician to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities.
This is a Part Time position with the potential to move to Full Time. Work weeks are typically 25-30 hours.

Responsibilities:
- Drive to and from assigned properties
- Perform storage unit inspections at all assigned properties
- Perform property repairs, light maintenance, and service requests
- Prep units that come up for auction
- Clean out units and dispose of abandoned goods
- Complete task list provided by manager
- Maintain professional appearance of facilities, interiors, exteriors, and grounds
- Maintain monthly time-sensitive auctions and delinquency procedures
- Oversee contractor activities (landscapers, painters, etc.)
- Partner with call center agents on scheduling various customer needs
\*The predominant aspect of this role will involve working in an outdoor setting. \*
Qualifications:
- Property maintenance experience (schools, apartments, self-storage, commercial buildings, etc.)
- A positive, self-starter attitude
- Possession of a valid Drivers’ License and clean driving record
- Reliable and excellent time management skills
- Basic mechanical and computer skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Availability required during core business hours.
