Property Manager

Property Manager will be responsible for:
• Procuring new properties to manage through a proven sales process by soliciting new homeowners, investors in real estate and corporate clients
• Manage a property portfolio of (30-125)-properties to include leasing and management
• Be proficient in managing property maintenance & upkeep
• Be highly organized and able to maintain time efficiency
• Be an effective communicator
• Be willing and able to drive throughout Polk County as needed
• Have a proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Be highly motivated
• MUST have Real Estate License for Florida
• MUST live in Polk County
• Preferred:
o Sales Experience
o Management Experience
o Proficiency in Time Management
o Proficiency in Organization
o Be Willing to Travel

o Property Manager - Provides clients with top-tier customer service and excellence in management services. o Compensation - This is a portfolio based management position. The larger your portfolio, the better your compensation. UNLIMITED GROWTH POTENTIAL!
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
