Property Manager - Residential

Job Summary

Will be responsible for achieving the financial and operational goals for the property. Accountable for all aspects of property management including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, contracted services, compliance with all local, state, and federal laws. Bi-lingual Spanish required. The Property Manager must live onsite.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and motivating staff; complete annual performance reviews and maintain employment records.

· Oversee all aspects of the leasing process, maintaining a high occupancy rate. Ensures thorough inspections at all move-ins and move-outs.

· Maintain website information pertaining to pricing, availability, and photos; strive for positive online ratings and reviews.

· Walk property daily to assess the condition of the buildings and address any needed issues immediately. Respond to resident requests in a timely manner.

· Coordinate all maintenance work and oversee all vendor interactions.

· Prepare annual budget plan and control expenditures to meet said plan.

Requirements

· College degree preferred, plus 5 years property management experience.

· Budgeting experience preferred.

· Familiarity with all Microsoft office applications plus Yardi Voyager

· Strong communication and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
