Seeking an experienced Mobile Home Park Manager to head up the rebrand and development of a Mobile Home portfolio in Warner Robins, SC. This position will be responsible for multiple parks. Travel will be required - Will be compensated for mileage. The ideal candidate for this job has strong property management and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently. The day to day of this job will revolve around the following; gathering pertinent information from tenants, inspecting property and holding current resident base up to our community standards, working with onsite maintenance to resolve property issues, assisting our collections team with rent collection, working with contractors to manage any maintenance needs of the property, marketing and showing new homes as they are renovated and made ready, consistently communicating property condition and activity to our corporate team, assisting in the development and implementation of property procedures in order to deliver the best product possible. Bonus and commission structure will be provided on top of salary. Bilingual candidates are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties with the assistance of the corporate team.
- Inspect property daily to make sure that grounds and homes are within company standards. Including issuing violations.
- Hold residents accountable through consistent communication of company and property standards.
- Work with outside contractors in seeking bids for and following up with ant maintenance needs for the property.
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Market, set appointments, show and lease new homes as they are delivered.
- Report property activity back to the corporate office consistently and clearly.
- Collect rent and keep expenses within the set property budget.
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
Skills
- Proven work experience as Mobile Home Park manager
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to have tough conversations with residents regarding property violations and collections.
- Detail oriented individual that can work independently.
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency with technology. We run an App based property management software.
- Customer focus.
- Well organized with excellent time management skills'
