Job Description:

We're currently seeking a Property Manager to join our team in Conyers, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing 117 units of property and managing its annual revenue. Your key responsibilities include leading and hiring a professional team to seamlessly execute property management strategies and provide top-notch client service. This position demands a strong background in property management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities:

• Operations: Oversee all property aspects, including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, financial performance, and rehabilitation.
• People Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate strong relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Budget: Develop and adhere to the operational budget while supporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor sites to identify income growth opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in property management, including a leadership role, and extensive knowledge of property management principles and regulations.
• Leadership: Demonstrated exceptional team leadership skills and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
• Communication: Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively resolve conflicts.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in property management software, MS Office, Google Sheets, etc.
