Property Maintenance Worker/Mgr

I am a real estate investor in surrounding towns of Manchester Ct. I am seeking a talented, reliable, hard working individual that has extra time to take on additional work to enhance your current income. Experienced ONLY. You must have the talent and knowledge to make all necessary repairs in maintaining my houses. I need talented and reliable individuals with strong working ethics who have a working truck or van to pick up supplies. You have a tall ladder and are able to climb ladders to clean gutters etc. You must be in good physical health. If you have health issues this job is not for you. This is a part time position on an as needed basis to compliment your current income. Please have at least 10 yrs experience in repairing and remodeling houses. You are in this line of work already, knowledgeable, talented, energetic, honest, hardworking and RELIABLE.
