Entry Level Maintenance Technician

The property management team is now seeking an *Entry Level Maintenance Technician* to join our company.

The Job:

• Interface with our tenants to service their maintenance needs. Manage a clear and organized calendar of appointments and work orders.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance and leasing teams to maintain a high level of presentation and customer service.

• 5-day work week, with on-call availability.
• Work locations are Milford, New Haven and Branford.

Qualifications

• Applicants should have experience with tools and painting.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn.
• Safe driving records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
