Overview:
RFI Properites owns and manages over 550 apartments in Owensboro and Henderson KY. We are a family owned oreiented comapny and are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks both inside and out to ensure the smooth operation of our properties. We are seeking a highly self motivited individual to preform the following Duties:
- Upon tenants moving out you will be responsbile for going in preparing the unit for the next tenant which will often include drywall work, painting, minor repairs, flooring, doors, trim, kitchen cabinets. Minor electrical and plumbing repairs will often be needed as well.
- During the growing season (March - September) this posistion will also be responsible for mowing and triming the properties we own on a weekely basis wich will will take approx 2-3 days per week.
- In addition to mowing this posistion will also be responsbile for mantaining the landscaping beds for weeds and trimming the bushes on a annual basis.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance tasks
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Experience painting, drywall finishing, basic electrical and plumbing, installing flooring LVT and tile.
- Experiecne with Commercial lawn equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Strong organization service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
