Who you are:
- You have at least two years' experience in multi-family residential maintenance.
- You have general maintenance knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry, Grounds, Pool Care, Lighting, etc.
- You have strong maintenance and customer service skills.
- You are self-motivated and have strong attention to detail.
- You have a valid driver’s license with a reliable truck or van and auto insurance.
- You are willing to submit to a drug and background check if offered this position.
What you’ll do as a Maintenance Technician:
- Use your maintenance skills in electric, plumbing, grounds, carpentry, locks and keys, pool care, lighting, etc.
- Complete work orders from apartment residents, while keeping the Communities clean and presentable.
- Respond to emergencies while on call or, at any time the situation presents.
- Work scheduled hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5pm. withon-call rotation.
Through strong performance and Towne University training, associates in this role are preparing to grow into other roles such as:
- Grounds Supervisor
- Service Technician
- Regional Grounds Technician
