We are seeking a maintenance and grounds professional to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for light landscaping/maintenance, park monitoring, and overall park upkeep.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the park's aesthetic appeal.
- Conducting regular park inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety to reduce vandalism and trespassers.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks. This includes fixing leaky faucets, repairing or replacing faulty electrical fixtures, and handling general repairs as needed.
- Address/ troubleshoot plumbing issues such as clogged drains, toilets, and pipes. Additionally, handle electrical repairs like fixing faulty wiring, outlets, and switches.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as weed removal, tree/ shrub care and irrigation system maintenance.
- Collaborating with a team to address any park maintenance issues promptly.
- Manage the upkeep of all facilities including the park, clubhouse, laundry facility, and showers.
- Light appliance and light construction projects as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager as needed
Qualifications
- General basic maintenance knowledge.
- Possess own hand tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and resolve issues independently.
- Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
