Property Maintenance Technician

We are professional group of owner/operators of Manufactured and RV Properties, our goal is to increase occupancy with RV guests and make it a commmunity not just a property. We strive to provide guests with clean amenities and a safe neighborhood for short and long-term stays. The majority of our guests are families of military aviation trainees, working at Fort Novosel for 12-18 months. We are their home away from home.

```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on RV SITE utilities, buildings and underground infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical pedestals, waterline breaks, sewer blockages and facilitate repairs in a timely fashion to not interrupt guest's experience
- Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain grounds: Lawncare, excavating, tree trimming and landscaping
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects and tasks
- Supervise seasonal laborers or sub-contractors on specific jobs/projects

```Experience```
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Maintenance or in a similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficient in using hand and power tools and lawncare equipment or excavator
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems

Skills:
- Electrician or electrical experience in commercial/residential applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities and logical thinking
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Plumbing experience with pvc, galvanized pipes
