- Be a self-Starter, Dependable, Accountable
- be able to work independently and unsupervised
- Have good scheduling skills. (keep appointments, do follow up, etc.)
- Be proficient in using a Smart Phone, Laptop, or desktop computer
- Sales experience or small business owner/management experience preferred
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct a virtual or in person presentation and walk-through inspection of the property, take some pictures of the damage and fill out paperwork. You will not climb on roofs or crawl under buildings.
