Job Description:* OnSight PROS *is looking for an outgoing, self-motivated, and able to work without a high level of supervision that we can depend on to serve as the face of our company.

Our reports strengthen property manager-owner relations, providing insights for owners and peace of mind for managers. We're dedicated to making their business smoother and more efficient.

A day in the life of a Condition Reporting Technician: You'll go above and beyond to ensure that they feel comfortable with your presence in their homes, be friendly, respectful, and empathetic while keeping your professional demeanor to create a positive experience.". Among the responsibilities of the role are:

• Daily travel to various properties.
• Adaptation to different property locations.
• Proficiency with cutting-edge technology, including devices like iPads and iPhones, is essential for effectively creating reports
• Create detailed photographic reports on damage and overall conditions for Property Managers.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the process.
• Perform physical tasks such as ladder work, changing smoke alarms, air filters, and more.
• Adapt to changing weather conditions while completing tasks.

Preferred Qualifications -No special skills are required but some requirements mean you have the potential to be a great Technician

• High School Diploma or GED
• Reliable Vehicle
• Valid Driver's License.
• Need to be listed under the auto insurance policy.
• Caring attitude
• Detail oriented
• Good communications skills
• Ability to design Your Own Schedule: Plan work hours 30 to 60 days ahead.
• Work Just 2 Saturdays a Month: Achieve a work-life balance.
